There is no option to Stop showing adsense ads in Feedburner or in Google Adsense with new Interface, though old Adsense interface had option of suspending Feed ads!

- Login into Blogger
- Click the Blog in which you do not want to show Adsense in Feeds
- Click Earnings in Left Bar
- Scroll Down and Click "NO" in Adsense for Feeds Radio Button.
